Independent. Experienced. Certified:
your Mews Deployment Partner.
Thinking about moving to Mews – or still unsure if it even makes sense? As an independent Mews Deployment Partner, I help hotels switch with a clear head and without chaos. Good to know: my support is already included in your Classic+ Onboarding package – no surcharge, no extra contract.
✅ What Mews is – and why it matters:
Mews is a cloud PMS that streamlines operations, automates routine work, and frees your team to focus on what matters: guests. But even the best software is just software if it isn’t implemented properly.
✅ What I do as your Deployment Partner:
- Analysis of your current situation
- Feedback during self-onboarding
- System Audit before go live
- first 7 days of your post go-live technical support
- Future-proof advice instead of getting tangled in generic defaults
You can also ask your sales manager to upgrade to Custom Onboarding package to get joint design sessions, sample setup configuration for accounting categories, rates, services and more according to your region and property needs, and more.
✅ Why work with me:
I’m not a salesman; I ship. I know the operational realities – and yes, you can explicitly request me as your Deployment Partner at Mews instead of being randomly assigned.
✅ More about Mews:
(And no, I won’t sell you a license. I make sure you use it well.)
✅ Let’s make Mews work for you:

Request a Mews System Audit
Scope:
A comprehensive post-go-live audit of your Mews setup, with special attention to how it performs in daily operations. You’ll receive a documentation file for internal use, providing you with a list of specific points to address.
What You’ll Learn:
– What parts of the system may be causing friction for your team
– Which workarounds have evolved organically, and which are quietly sabotaging efficiency
– What was missed (or rushed) during setup that now impacts usability, reporting, or guest handling
– How to align Mews with your actual processes, not just ideal ones from onboarding day
– Where small changes can unlock measurable improvements across departments
Who It’s For:
– Hotels live on Mews for at least a few weeks/months
– Teams experiencing daily friction, unclear reports, or “creative” staff workarounds
– Managers who suspect the system works — just not how it’s currently configured
– Anyone too busy running operations to reverse-engineer vendor documentation
Requirements:
– Administrator-level user account
– NDA or data protection agreement (template available)
Outcome:
A clear, actionable document that shows:
– What to fix
– What to leave alone
– What to escalate
– And what you didn’t realize was broken
Includes a 1-hour review session to unpack the findings and next steps.
Suggested follow-on:
– Implementation support or staff coaching after the audit — only if needed.

Request a Mews Reservation Import
Scope:
Support for importing reservations from an existing PMS into Mews. This includes reviewing the old PMS setup, checking what can be exported, preparing the reservation data for the Mews import file, importing the reservations, and checking a sample of imported bookings afterwards.
What’s included:
– Exploratory call to understand reservation logic, status codes, groups, blocks, upgrades, age groups, segments, and operational habits
– Review of the old PMS and available export options
– Review of channel manager and OTA booking handling where relevant
– Reservation export from the old PMS, where access allows
– Review of the export file against the old PMS and relevant external systems
– Identification of records that should not be imported as normal reservations, such as blocks
– Preparation of a Mews import-ready table
– Handling of notes, add-ons, upgrades, upsells, and manual adjustment cases where technically possible and within scope
– Pre-import review call to present findings and obtain client decisions
– Import into Mews 3 days prior to go-live
– Reasonable manual adjustments after import
– Sample check of imported reservations
– Final review call with the client
Requirements:
– Admin access to the old PMS
– For local/server-based PMS: continuous remote access plus admin user access; MS RDP preferred; AnyDesk or TeamViewer possible; virtual/server terminal preferred over a front desk workstation
– Admin access to the channel manager
– Access to relevant OTA extranets where needed
– Access to the reservations manager, senior front desk person, or equivalent operational contact
– Client availability for required decisions before import
– NDA or data protection agreement
Important conditions:
– The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the existing reservation data
– Reservation routings are not included
– The initial call and pre-import decision call are mandatory
– The client acknowledges that reversals, re-imports, and revisions may not be possible and are not included in the offer
Outcome:
A controlled reservation import into Mews, including reviewed source data, documented risks, import preparation, import execution, sample validation, and a final review call.
Other PMS:
Reservation data preparation for other PMS import templates may be discussed separately.
